What are Mystery Bundles?＋

Our Plushie, Keychain, and Flower Pot collections change constantly as pieces are handmade and sold at markets. Mystery Bundles let you choose a bundle size and, when available, a general preference. We’ll handpick pieces from the styles currently available, so every bundle is a little different.

Can I choose exactly what comes in my Mystery Bundle?＋

Mystery Bundles are meant to be a surprise, so specific designs aren’t guaranteed. You can select an available preference such as animals, foods, floral styles, or a mixed assortment, and we’ll use that preference when choosing your items.

How much is shipping?＋

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.99, or free on orders of $75 or more. Priority Rush is available for $19.99 and includes faster order priority and 1–2 day shipping once your order is ready.

Terms & Custom Order Policy

By using the Crafted Haven website or submitting an order request, you agree to the following terms.

1. How Ordering Works

Crafted Haven uses a request-first ordering system. Adding an item to My Request or submitting an Order Request does not complete a purchase and does not automatically charge you. After receiving your request, Crafted Haven will review product availability, selected colors and sizes, customizations, quantity, estimated completion time, shipping method, and final pricing. Once the details are confirmed, you may receive a secure invoice for payment. An order is not considered fully confirmed until Crafted Haven has approved the request and any required payment has been received.

2. Handmade, Hand-Finished & Sourced Products

Crafted Haven offers a mix of handmade, hand-finished, and carefully sourced products. For handmade and hand-finished pieces, small differences in stitching, shape, measurements, color placement, yarn texture, pattern positioning, and finishing details may naturally occur. These variations are part of the character of the product and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

3. Product Availability

Many Crafted Haven items are made in limited quantities and are also sold at in-person markets. Because inventory can change quickly, an item appearing on the website does not guarantee that the exact piece, color, or variation is still available. Availability will be confirmed before payment. If an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative color, similar item, made-to-order option, or removal of that item from the request.

4. Processing and Making Times

Ready-made pieces are generally prepared within approximately 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom crochet pieces typically require approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the item, design complexity, size, material availability, and current order volume. Bulk orders may require additional time depending on quantity. These are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. Crafted Haven will confirm the expected turnaround before payment whenever possible.

5. Custom Orders

Customers may request custom crochet pieces through the Custom Orders section of the website. Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that Crafted Haven will be able to accept or complete the project. Before payment, we may confirm design, size, color, materials, measurements, price, estimated completion time, and shipping. Custom items may differ slightly from inspiration photographs because each piece is handmade and materials, colors, construction, and proportions may differ. An inspiration photo is used as a reference and does not guarantee an exact duplicate.

6. Changes to Custom Orders

If you need to change a custom request, contact Crafted Haven as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before production begins. Once work has started, materials have been purchased, or substantial progress has been made, some changes may not be possible or may result in an additional charge. Any additional charge will be discussed before the requested change is made.

7. Custom Order Cancellations

Because custom items are made specifically for an individual customer, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun or materials have been purchased. Please contact Crafted Haven as soon as possible if you need to discuss a cancellation.

8. Custom Order Returns

Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed order. If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact Crafted Haven promptly so we can review the situation.

9. Ready-Made Exchanges

Some eligible ready-made items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be considered for an exchange, customers must contact Crafted Haven within 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked delivered. Exchange eligibility depends on the product and its condition.

Customers must contact Crafted Haven before returning any item. Sending an item back without first receiving exchange instructions does not guarantee that the exchange will be accepted. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange. Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, Mystery Bundle, or otherwise designated final-sale items are not eligible for standard exchanges unless there is a confirmed issue with the order. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

10. Mystery Bundles

Crafted Haven offers Mystery Bundles for products such as Plushies, Keychains, and Flower Pots. Our small-item inventory changes frequently because pieces are handmade and sold online and at in-person markets. Mystery Bundle customers may be able to select a general preference, depending on the listing. Preferences will be considered, but specific characters, designs, colors, or exact products are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by Crafted Haven. The surprise assortment is part of the Mystery Bundle experience. Items within a Mystery Bundle may vary from photographs shown on the website.

11. Bulk Orders

Bulk pricing may be available for qualifying larger orders. Submitting a Bulk Request does not guarantee availability or a particular discount. Bulk pricing depends on product type, quantity, materials, customization, production time, deadline, and packaging requirements. Crafted Haven will provide pricing and timing before payment. Larger orders may require additional production time.

12. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and providing accurate measurements when requested. Because crochet garments can fit differently depending on the design, yarn, and construction, measurements and fit may vary slightly. If you are unsure which size to request, contact Crafted Haven before completing payment.

13. Standard Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.99 for orders under $75 and FREE for qualifying orders of $75 or more. Shipping pricing or promotions may change in the future, but the applicable shipping amount will be confirmed before payment.

14. Priority Rush

Priority Rush is $19.99 when available. Priority Rush includes faster order priority and an estimated 1–2 day shipping service once the order is completed and ready to ship. Priority Rush does not guarantee that a handmade or custom piece can be created within one or two days.

15. Expedited Custom Production

Some custom or made-to-order products may qualify for expedited production. Expedited custom production is separate from normal Priority Rush shipping and may involve an additional fee. Availability and pricing depend on the item and current workload. Expedited production is not guaranteed.

16. Shipping Estimates

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside Crafted Haven's control. Tracking information may be provided when available.

17. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please review your address carefully before paying an invoice. If you notice an error, contact Crafted Haven as quickly as possible. Once a package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

18. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery issue, please contact Crafted Haven. We may ask customers to review tracking information, contact the shipping carrier, provide photographs if an item arrived damaged, check nearby delivery areas, or check with household members or neighbors. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.

19. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may represent exact prices, starting prices, bundle prices, or estimated pricing. Products requiring customization, unusual sizing, bulk quantities, or other changes may require an individual quote. The final amount will be confirmed before payment.

20. Errors and Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, photos, availability, and descriptions accurate. However, occasional mistakes or outdated information may occur. Crafted Haven reserves the ability to correct obvious website errors before an order is finalized. If a correction materially changes your request, you will have an opportunity to review the change before paying.

21. Product Photography

Product photographs are intended to represent our items as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors may appear somewhat different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, yarn dye variation, or handmade material variation. Mystery Bundle photos may show examples rather than the exact items a customer will receive.

Photo Editing & Enhancements

Some product photos may be lightly edited or enhanced using standard photo-editing tools, including AI-assisted features, to improve things like lighting, background, color balance, or overall presentation for the website. These edits are intended to make photos look cleaner and more polished and are not meant to misrepresent the actual product. Product appearance may still vary slightly due to lighting, screens, handmade variation, or natural differences between individual pieces.

22. Website Content

Crafted Haven's website content, product photography, branding, written descriptions, graphics, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except where otherwise allowed by law.

23. Changes to These Terms

Crafted Haven may update these Terms and Policies as our products, services, or business practices change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
